This book does contain those things, sort of, but I was disapointed. It suffers from a lack of focus and organization. The author wanders between stories| |Available now, the all new Hiking the Grand Canyon 2017, and new waterproof fold-out trail map by John Annerino from Skyhorse Publishing.
